Show time is 10 am to 4 pm.
Setup time is 6 am to 8 am.
Load out time is 4 pm to 6 pm.

Fees/Admission:

Vendor Registration Deadline: Monday, August 26th
Vendor Booth:
10x10 - $200
10x20 & Food TRUCKS - $300

Non-Profit Booths:
10x10 - $100
10x20 - $150

We provide the booth space.
YOU provide: tent, table, chairs, power, water.

POWER & GENERATORS:
- No power is provided.
- If you need power, you must use your own generator and that generator MUST meet these requirements:

Per Fire Department Rules:
Generators are ONLY ALLOWED if:
• The generator uses a propane fuel source.
• The generator uses the same fuel source of the Food Truck.

Generators ARE NOT allowed if:
• The generator has its own independent fuel tank.
• The generator need to be refilled from a gas can.

REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 26, 2019.
