This 3-day online retreat is for women and those who identify as women who want a safe and nurturing space for personal healing, empowerment and positive transformation in the realm of sexuality and intimacy. Led by two expert guides, Aubrey Moore (Sex & Intimacy Coach) and Rebecca (Trauma Healing Specialist), this retreat is designed to compassionately support women at all stages of their sexual journey, whether you're working through trauma or ready to explore your deepest desires. Each day's categories are explained below! 
 

DAY 1 (Feb 9): Foreplay - Creating Safety 

On the first day, we'll lay the foundation for a supportive and judgment-free environment. We'll explore creating safety within ourselves and our interactions, setting the stage for a profound transformation. You'll engage in group activities, trauma healing exercises, and discussions to build trust and openness.  

DAY 2 (Feb 10): Orgasm - Discover the Self 

Day two is all about discovering your inner self and the power of pleasure. You'll learn to follow the pull of your desires, explore sensuality, and gain the confidence to connect with your inner power. This day includes interactive workshops, sensual movement, and exercises to unlock your authentic self.

DAY 3 (Feb 11): Aftercare - Celebrate Your Voice 

On the final day, you'll learn the art of communication and boundary-setting. We'll delve into the spectrum of wanting, empowering you to ask for what you desire without fear. Through vision work and goal setting, you'll gain clarity on your journey and take the next steps towards your dreams.
