Edgewood Baptist Church is bringing in the touring company from Taproot Theatre.This beloved Christmas classic by O. Henry is retold for the stage with great humor and insight. Jim and Della live in a gray city in a gray building next door to a gray cat. As they struggle to make ends meet they are determined to find the perfect Christmas gifts for each other. In the process, they fill their gray world with joy, light, and laughter and remind us all that sacrifice, humor, and grace are the greatest gifts of all.
