Edmonds Floretum Saturday Workshop on 'Vertical Gardening'- learn how to garden in a small space Edmonds, WA: Want a bountiful garden but don't have the space? Then the Floretum Garden Club's Vertical Gardening workshop is for you! Presented by EdCC horticulture instructor Zsofia Pasztor, CPH, EPH, the workshop will include information and techniques that you can use to grow a bounty of vegetables, flowers, herbs or whatever in a small space. In addition to her teaching, Ms. Pasztor is president of Innovative Landscape Technologies, director of Farmer Frog, and is active with several NW schools to help them develop school gardens. Passionate about growing food and sustainable urban farming, she is a fascinating speaker who will share information on current practices for growing edibles. The workshop runs from 10 am to noon on Saturday, December 12 at Edmonds' Coldwell, Banker Bain meeting room, 108 5th Ave. So. Edmonds 98020. Everyone is welcome. Workshop is free though donations are encouraged.
