Disaster Preparedness Education for Edmonds Businesses
The Cascadia subduction zone lies off the coast of Washington and is a great concern. State and Federal agencies are trying to prepare, the "Cascadia Rising" exercise this year found that our emergency plans are 'grossly inadequate'. Edmonds is not immune to this and other disasters.
Learn how you as a citizen and business owner need to be prepared.
At this FREE event, the Red Cross will present overviews of local hazards such as home fires, earthquakes, and winter storms for both businesses and citizens. Learn about these hazard and disaster preparedness, as well as additional resources for safeguarding one’s business, home, and family.
