The "Taste Off" recognizes and honors the best main dish, side dish and dessert found among all the delectable offerings at Taste Edmonds. The competitors serve up dishes that span the gamut of culinary creativity, from apple pie to beef gyros to crab and shrimp chowder.

How to participate ...
- Complete an online entry form for EACH ITEM you wish to enter into the competition. There are no registration fees to participate in Taste Off.
- On the day of the event have 20 portions (2 or 3 bites) for the judges of your entry (main dish, side dish, dessert). You may enter up to one item per category.
- Samples will be picked up or you may be asked to bring them to he dining tent at an assigned time for the judges to taste and score. It will be between 11am & 1pm but you will be assigned a specific time in that window.
