A Taste of Edmonds

Vendor Application

Get ready for the thousands of festival goers during the 3 days of A Taste of Edmonds.  Space is limited so get your application in now.

• Arts & Crafts Booth
Vendors selling their own artwork, handmade craft items & food producers selling specialty packaged consumables.

• Commercial Booth
Vendors offering non-altered products originated and/or manufactured outside the U.S. or other commercial services.

• Children's Booth
Vendors offering information and products primarily for children.

• Rides & Attractions
Vendors with activities for children.  Generators not allowed, for power, call Hollywood Lights 800-547-2353. Additional space is negotiable.

NOTE:  To complete the application you must pay by credit card.  If your application is denied, we will refund your payment in full.  If you are approved, then your vendor space will be guaranteed.
If you need payment arrangements, fill out application up till the credit card payment screen, then contact the Chamber.

Single Booth  -  $350.00    
(10’x10’ space, one 5-amp outlet)                                                                
Double Booth  -  $650.00  (10’x20’ space, one 5-amp outlet)    

Commercial Booth
Single Booth  -  $500.00    
(10’x10’ space, one 5-amp outlet)                                                                
Double Booth  -  $900.00  (10’x20’ space, one 5-amp outlet)    

Children's Booth
Single Booth  -  $350.00    
(10’x10’ space, one 5-amp outlet)                                                                
Double Booth  -  $650.00  (10’x20’ space, one 5-amp outlet)    

Rides & Attraction Booth
Booth  -  $750.00    
(20’x20’ space, no power)                                                                

For power, call Hollywood Lights at 800-547-2353 to order. If operating from a truck or trailer, the trailer tongue and open door cannot extend past your allotted space. Additional space is available for $100/foot.
