Ribbon Cutting: CarMax

We are excited to announce that CarMax, the nation’s largest retailer of used cars, will soon be celebrating the grand opening of our first store in Lynnwood! The new store, located at 21317 Highway 99, will host a grand opening event for distinguished guests and members of the media that will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2017.  We would be honored if you would join us for this very special event, which will be hosted by CarMax CEO and President, Bill Nash.  The one-hour event will begin with a buffet lunch, welcoming remarks and a ribbon-cutting ceremony officially opening the new store. After the presentation, we will host the CarMax Road Rally featuring Seattle media personalities competing in driving skills games to benefit several local nonprofits.  CarMax, a member of the FORTUNE 500 and a FORTUNE “100 Best Companies to Work For” for 12 consecutive years, is the nation’s largest retailer of used cars. Founded in 1993, CarMax revolutionized car buying by providing the honest, transparent and stress-free experience customers deserve. With the opening of this store in Lynnwood, CarMax will have 175 stores in 39 states nationwide. Additionally, the new store will employ approximately 50 associates.  CarMax is looking forward to serving area customers and building relationships with local leaders and community partners in the Lynnwood area as we seek ways to give back to the community.
