Workforce Snohomish Retail Employer Roundtable 

At our event last year, 35 people attended and we would like to continue this conversation about hiring and retention challenges and discuss possible solutions.

This free, employer-led roundtable is a unique opportunity to engage industry employers and further our understanding of your workforce needs and challenges; including attracting, developing, and retaining skilled employees.

Our overarching goal is to align education, government, and other community resources that will meet our regional employer needs. We anticipate a robust conversation that will bring to light the variety of issues that are seen from the different types and sizes of employers within the Retail industry.

Workforce Snohomish in collaboration with Snohomish County and Economic Alliance of Snohomish County, hosted a variety of industry-focused employer roundtables over this past year to address our region's growth opportunities and workforce issues. This will be a follow-up to the prior year's conversation and to focus on our next steps as a community.
