Time: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST
Event Description:

A Benefit to Raise Money for Student Scholarships

Comedian and Host Vince Valenzuela will lead you through 5 comedy acts featuring himself, Duane Goad, Drew Barth, Geoff Lott and Joe Vespaziani. Proceeds from the show will help to fund a $4500 scholarship for a student attending Edmonds Community College in the areas of Visual Communications, Healthcare or Business.

Vince Valenzuela has shared the stage with such comedians at Adam Sandler, Bobcat Goldthwait, Robert Klein, Paul Rodriguez, Richard Jeni, Howie Mandel, Jay Mohr and Carlos Mencia. His stand up gained national recognition from several television appearances including: Comedy Central’s Make Me Laugh and A&E’s An Evening at the Improv, HBO’s Loco Slam, USA’s Up All Night, Si’Tv’s “Funny is Funny”, Entertainment Tonight and many more.

Duane Goad has performed at some of North America’s top comedy clubs including Yuk Yuks, The Improv and Comedyworks. He’s been featured at numerous comedy festivals including Funny or Die’s Oddball Comedy Festival, The Las Vegas Comedy Festival, The Bumbershoot Arts Festival and The Vancouver Comedy Festival.

Drew Barth has a snarky and observational sense of humor which has made him appealing to audiences of all ages and a regular opener for national headliners. After making the finals of the Seattle International Comedy Competition, Drew moved to Los Angeles, performing at The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, and Improv. He now makes Seattle his home once more, working as a comedian, actor and voice-over artist.

Geoff Lott is as much a “thinking person’s comedian” as he is a “drinking person’s comedian.” His act contains a sunny perspective with a chance of rain. With humor that is opinionated and broadly appealing, Geoff is most often referred to as a “funny, smart, comedian who can deliver the goods on any topic.”

Joe Vespaziani began his comedy career in 1987. His most recent achievements include winning the 1998 Seattle International Stand-Up Comedy Competition, appearing on the television show Almost Live, and opening for “Weird Al” Yankovic on his Touring With Scissors tour. He has performed all over the United States and Canada developing a smart, conversational style, making him a favorite among comedy fans and peers.
