Event Description:
Gallery North is an artist-run fine art gallery in downtown Edmonds, exclusively representing the work of 25 talented local artists. The gallery’s artists have created items perfect for gift giving – everything from hostess gifts, art calendars, and seasonally-themed cards, to fine art, hand-made jewelry, glass art, and artisan craft items. Customers can shop from the gallery’s Christmas tree for distinctive ornaments, stocking stuffers, and small gift items. Visitors can use Gallery North’s new gift registry service to create a wish list of their favorite items to help others select a gift for them. Gift-wrapping service also is available.
Gallery North invites the public to join them for two special events during December - the Artists’ Reception Sunday, December 10 from 2-5pm and a reception during the Art Walk Edmonds on December 21, from 5-8 pm. Refreshments will be served at both events. Visitors can meet the artists, enjoy the art, and make progress on their holiday shopping lists. When customers select gifts at Gallery North, they can feel good knowing that their purchases support local artists and the local art community.
