37th annual
Taste Edmonds

Food Truck/Trailer Application
This year we are seeking self-contained Food Trucks and Food Trailers into Taste Edmonds.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY IN FULL IS SATURDAY, AUGUST 3
Warm up the grill, it's time to cook up your best for the over 40,000 festival goers during the 3 days of Taste Edmonds. Space is limited so get your application in now.

There is a limit on each food type to only one food truck per category. The only exceptions will be to allow 2 similar vendors in the following categories (American, BBQ, Mexican, Seafood), all others will only have 1 vendor per category.

NOTE: To complete the application and reserve your place, you must pay by credit card or immediately setup a payment plan by emailing alicia@edmondswa.com

Pricing:
$1,000 - 21+ Garden Food Truck (10'x25' space, including 4' behind your booth)
$1,300 - General Festival Food Truck (10'x25' space, including 6 behind your booth)
Self-contained vendors preparing foods that will be consumed on-site.

$1,500 - Tented Food Vendor - Single (10'x10', tent included, including 10' behind booth) CONTACT FOR AVAILABILITY

Per Fire Department Rules:
Food Trucks generators are ONLY ALLOWED if:
• The generator uses a propane fuel source.
• The generator uses the same fuel source of the Food Truck.

Food Truck generators ARE NOT allowed if:
• The generator has its own independent fuel tank.
• The generator need to be refilled from a gas can.

To order power, visit Hollywood Lights at www.hollywoodlights.biz and click "Order Power". Use event code EDMONDS19. If operating from a trailer, the trailer tongue and open door cannot extend past your allotted space. Additional space is available for $100/foot.
