ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SHOW RULES AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY:
I understand the information and conditions as presented regarding the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce Classic Car and Motorcycle Show. I agree to abide by the Registration Rules (as described below) and understand that I am responsible for my vehicle, its equipment and contents. I agree to release from all liability, the City of Edmonds, the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce, their employees and volunteers and any event sponsors, for any damage, injury or lost/stolen items arising out of my participation.
PRE-REGISTRATION RULES AND NOTES:
Ø All entries to be 1989 and older.
Ø Registration entrance: Enter from South on 5th Ave S, beginning at Pine Street
Ø Parking for pre-registered vehicles begins around 6:30 am. Day-of show registration begins around 7:30 am.
Ø There is no assigned or reserved parking.
Ø Registration closes 9:45 am.
Ø Your car show committee members reserve the right to review all entries to meet vehicle criteria.
Ø Please refer to our website for map and driving directions
Ø NO Early Departure! You must stay for the entire duration of the show. Thank You!
Ø All judged class winners agree to stay and participate in awards display after the show.
Ø Trailer parking for participants available on 5th Ave N, north of Bell St. on the day of the show.
Ø Fire Dept. requires 16' of clearance down the center of the road; all cars and motorcycles must be parked accordingly.
Ø No pets allowed - leave them at home.
Ø There is a $30 NSF fee for all returned checks.
Ø No refunds are issued for no shows or weather events.
